I Keep On Listening The Old Songs Than New

While I am making my writing now, I am playing wonderful songs from the 90s in my playlist. I love the song, "Because of You" by 90 degrees. It can really captives my senses. I love listening the songs of the boybands earlier such as Backstreet Boys, 98 degrees, Moffats, Five, Michael Learns to Rock, and many more. Listening to music can relieve stress too. It helps me to reduce the feeling of beeing so pressured. The romantic melodies and verses that produced by these boybands that can never be forgotten. As the world is continuing to produce the new styles of the songs, my taste for music is not changing that I still like to play the masterpieces before. What about you? Do you always tune-in to the new songs than old?

Same here. I think I like to listen to songs from the 90s as well. I am more familiar with those songs. Besides those you mentioned, I like to listen to Bon Jovi as well. Since I became a stay-at-home mom, I rarely listen to radio, and seldom listen to music as well. So, I don't get to know the new songs. Once in a while, when I feel like listening to some songs, I'd only look for the old songs that I am familiar with.

Funny that I encountered this post, as I was listening to an "old songs playlist" a few hours ago. To be honest, my partner and I are very fond of old songs, from the 90s to even earlier than that. The old songs that we listen to usually have a calm melody, if not acoustic such as Fast Car by Tracy Chapman. That one has been playing in my head for days! New music isn't bad, but there's something about old songs that makes it still popular. I'm not sure if it's because it's catchy or because it stirs up emotions, but old songs definitely have a place in the modern times.

I have no interest whatsoever in the current music trends and my choice dates back much further than the 90s. The majority of music that I listen to dates back to the late 19th century and early 20th century because I am an avid opera lover.

60s, 70s, 80s, 90s songs were the best and we reached the height of music. We did keep a steady pace untill now where i believe we have declined

I do not consider the 90s songs as old songs. If you want nice old songs, you have to listen to the Beatles and Elvis Presley. These are the songs that never lose popularity.
