Reduce belly fat......

Whenever I am online and come across anything that has something to do with reducing belly fat, I get in automated mode and click the link. This is how I came across this amazing home remedy for loosing the belly fat. But for that you have to be patient. Don't expect results overnight. Here are the home remedies:-
1) Boil 1 tsp of cumin seeds in water, stain and use this water, add 2 tsp honey and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Eat 3 garlic cloves along with the concoction u prepared earlier, on an empty stomach.
2) Take 1 tbsp. ginger julienne , 10-12 mint leaves, 6-7 slices of cucumber and half a lemon. Put all these ingredients in 1 liter water. Keep it overnight. Drink this 3-4 times the next day. Prepare fresh concoction each day.
I've been trying this for a week now and can definitely see some change.

Thanks for the tips, I drink lemon water and it helps keep me hydrated and energized all while burning fat lol

That sounds gross! Does it taste bad or does the concoction make it taste better?

It taste a bit spicy, You can swallow it , if you don't want to chew it. The concoction tastes good. In fact so good that you won't mind having it twice a day.
