Indoor plants

I wish to have lots of plants in my living room to make it more lovely. Any suggestions and names of indoor plants and how to maintain it?

Plants in my balcony
I too love indoor plants.I have goosefoot plant ,orchid ,cactus and a few other variety of plant in my house. You can also have African violet plants placed on windowsils and they flower beautifully..I am posting a picture of the plants I have kept in the covered balcony of my house !

I can get Orchid,cactus in shops nearby to my place and not sure about goosefoot plant. I will take a peek on it.Thank you.

we used to have plants in our living room when i was young. my mom loves plants and flowers. our yard is like a forest with so much colors. but she got tired of watering them so she put it all at the entryway hahaha

@destimona we used to have a cute cactus in the balcony. we also had spider plant in our living room.
