my 3-year old nephew just learn how and when to say it. last night while having dinner, my dad stood up after eating and my nephew was trying to pull his pants down. so we started laughing a bit and when he noticed us, he pointed at my dad's butt crack and said 'eeeew'. we all bursted out laughing.

I would also always do that to my hubby whenever he is on his garterized shorts and he would joke "miss mo an lubot ko no" (you miss seeing my butt ) .
