Started Bad - Ended Good

Today might have started out not so great, but I got a lot done today. I got through the first wave of notifications and went to work on two chapters on Freedom's Cry, finished off the dishes and made more because I needed to eat 
Watched my show, played a game and now I'm back for the second wave of notifications.
I love the fact this computer works so fast and I can get done here in half the time I did before.
My goal is to finish off the kitchen and bathroom tomorrow by washing floors. We've had mud as everything melted outside. The mud is gone for the moment, but I don't know for how long as we have more snow covering the ground again. So when that melts, the mud will be back. Hopefully it will be gone long enough to let the kitchen floor look decent for at least a day.
No AWANA tonight as the kids went to see a movie - Inside Out or something like that. No I didn't go, I got the kitchen taken care of and worked on my book.
I'll be back again next week as things return to normal once again for AWANA.

@LadyDuck Until I broke my leg I did too. However my legs and feet have swollen so much that the only way to keep the swelling down is to keep my shoes on. And I'm not the only one wearing shoes, so the floors are mud covered. I won't get to the floors today, no time, but hopefully soon. The snow is melting again, so I hope it won't be a hopeless effort.

as long as i can have my exercise and mylot every morning, that is as good plan as it can get.

Well glad your day turned out better and looks like you got alot accomplished. I always feel good after i accomplish something after putting it off.

@Marty1 I try to atleast keep up on laundry during the week but sometimes i get lazy as i'm too tired and wait til the weekend lol

@Marty1 yeah i save all my cleaning and things to do for the weekend as it's hard to keep up during the week with work. So it always feels good after i get the stuff done

It does feel good to have it done. It's too late today to get the floors done as everyone is home. Just won't work.

@just4him I am glad that you enjoying it even though it isn't a brand new one, and with windows 10 on it, you are all set. I will probbably get a new laptop one of these days, but as long as mine works, I am not going to worry about it, and besides, I really don't have the money for a new one anyway.

I'm sure it is or they wouldn't have taken kids to the movie. I stayed home and got a lot accomplished here.

I got home, got trash out, dishes put up, reloaded and restarted the washer, and that was about it. Oh and got a few groceries on the way hom. 9 more work days before another day off.
