This is the second time this week that we are waiting for a plumber. The first time was for the hot water tank leaking. Today it is for one of the toilet giving us some problem with the water taking forever to come back up. The waiting time is between 2:00 P.M. and 6.00 PM today., Not pleased at all. The only good thing is that we signed a contract for a monthly fee for any plumbing problem. Can't wait that the plumber shows up.

That's why I love to learn and do things on my own whenever possible, I hope he shows up, do they consider urgency when you report a problem?

It can be unsettling but we have to wait because we don't want continued pluming issues. I hope everything gets resolved quickly.

It's a plumber moment, my niece had to call the plumber last Tuesday and yesterday my mother had a problem, a leakage in a pipe. I hope not to be the third one.

Nothing worse than the waiting for someone to come fix something. I"m so glad my husband can fix many things around here.

We takes such things for granted until they don't work don't w? Really frustrating when you have to wait. They must be busy.

Yeah, it seems worthwhile to have such contract in place when there is one plumbing problem after another...

If the house has so many problems I think there are two options: Make it work in the main ducts and pipes and attack the root problem or would put for sale. I see that you do not leave one problem and another in this regard.

That's not really great that you've had to have a plumber in twice in such a short period of time. I hope that you've got a second bathroom to use in the interim.

A monthly fee seems a good idea I guess. We don't have too many plumbing problems and simple ones Vince can fix on his own.

That's good that you have a contract, since you are having more than one problem. Hope by now he has been there and fixed your tank.
