Rahman's composition in Tamasha was brilliant. Hell, the man himself is a genius.
I love his composition from the movie Highway, maybe more because I can relate to the movie. The music is so divine and intoxicating.

The best thing about his music its always in sync with movie story and its characters.
He does not try to create a chartbuster, but the best possible song for that situation.
I agree, that Highway music was superb, specially Mahi Ve, which I had posted here too.
Just like guys could relate more to Rockstar or Tamasha, yes the girls related a lot with Highway.
The freedom of spirit that it talks about is ver beautifully captivated.
Seriously,the movies of Imtiaz Ali have an underlying impact on one's emotions.
