Do you cook okra with the stem on? We always remove them. I love veggies especially stir fried veggies.

Breakfast bread,coffee banana, lunch fried celery with cayene, fruit salad,juice, dinner, just milk only. My weight is 120 lbs.

I'm not really a vegie guy and I do not see anything in there that I can honestly eat. I like cabbage, carrots, cauliflower and some leaf thing, like malunggay and kangkong.

I had chicken curry with green beans. I've never tried pinakbet but I like all the vegetables inside plus it's a stir fry - your picture looks amazing I would have it.

I have to read your post and check the photo twice. I was thinking you had a different version of the local dish. =) The dish was dominated by lady fingers and long green chili. I like spicy food and you just prepared one. No wonder it was included in the hot discussion. Now, I'm starving.
