GOP Debate

I used to like Rubio before he turned into a vicious attack dog. Sadly the level of professionalism that should exist in these debates is never there. I think all candidates should only be allowed to speak when spoken to, and if they go outside their time limits they get more than warned. If we fit them all with shock collars then they couldn't interrupt without pain, and if they go over they will start to get mini shocks. Of course, this is for all political debates.
