I want to know how a man can live happy in his life , what is the reasion , some peoples are happy whereas some are frustated from their life

I am a happy woman. I live my life by doing things that I like, want and love as long as I don't step on others' legal rights. I don't do things just to please others. I don't seek others' approval for my actions.
