Do You Think It Would Be Fair to Trump and His Supporters to Have a Brokered Convention

A lot of the Republican establishment figures have suggested having a brokered convention and drafting an establishment choice if Trump comes close but can't get the required delegates for nomination. Would this really be fair to Trump and maybe other candidates like Cruz? Also wouldn't this cause a revolt among the Trump supporters?

It's the Republican establishment strategy. Even though they hate Cruz as well, they envision a brokered convention with Cruz and Rubio striking a deal to team as a ticket thus have enough delegates to oust Trump. But in their arrogance, they don't grasp Trump supporters will be enraged at the party who have betrayed and broken promises the past two elections and refuse to support the ticket. The Republican fat cats don't care if a Dem is elected. All they care about is maintaining their cushy lifestyles.

The Republican establishment strategy doesn't surprise me at all.

I think Trump does not need all these.
He looks set to win the Republican race, and I think he is a good match for HIlary Clinton.
The implication of Trump popularity is unsettling to the politicians.
This just shows that the people are sick of fake politically-correct speech.
They want someone who can speak his mind even if they do not agree with his ideas.
