Should drunken driving be strictly prohibited with license suspension?

I feel driving after drinks should be avoided. Whatever the person may say, I am in total control and I can drive safe!!! but the effect of alcohol will not allow us to react fast enough to take quick decisions. What's your opinion?

Yes. Lincence should be suspended and heavy financial penalty should be levied.
