I just watched Crystal Palace at home give up a 1-0 lead and lose 2-1 to Liverpool in the Barclays Premier League. To make matters even worse, Liverpool was down to 10 men in the second half after James Milner received a red card. It appeared that Palace was on their way to an easy victory with the man advantage, but their goalkeeper slipped on a clearance and kicked the ball right to Louis Firmino, who easily tied the game up with about 20 minutes left in the game. Then, during extra time, Christian Benteke was tripped in the penalty area in the final minute. His penalty kick gave Liverpool the 2-1 victory. I have now watched Alan Pardew get outcoached for the umpteenth time.
