Firstly I am so pleased to hear you have found peace within and sleeping is no longer a struggle for you.
these thoughts so not furstrated me, they are all very ramdon but not negative - but the lack of sleep is annoying.
Reading looks does not work for me as I forget about time and sit up reading till the sun rises. Meditation I may have to try. Thankyou for that sujestion.

@DaintyD Be careful with them, some can cause sleep walking.

When you have lots of things to think , sleep would be illusive .
