If you don't mind the taste and the aroma of fresh garlic then you can actually lose a lot weight just with 1 clove (not head). What to do with it? Well, peel and minced and mix to your rice, salad dressing, dips or anything.

Hello my friend first be listen do not take so much tension about your weight. Due to tention it increase more so better to be plan a proper diet schedule. Diet schedule means not to skip meals or take very low quantity meal. You should take healthy and balanced meal.
