stick to a protein diet .. cut down on carbs and fatty food .. dont eat rice at all ! .. eat more fruits .. drink lots of water .. and do exercise REGULARLY .. not long sessions or tough exercise .. but it needs to be regular .. a warm up in any exercise is most crucial .. without a warmup u'll tear a muscle FOR SURE .. go for short jogs everyday ..

losing weight... you need patience, determination, time and effort.
whenever i gain weight, i feel uneasy especially when my belly looks ugly already. and since i love chocolates and sweets and rice (too fattening foods..hahah), i keep on eating them while trying to lose some inches on my belly, how?
upon waking up, i try to have sit ups 60 counts usually. then, before sleeping (sometimes, when too sleepy, i skip it at night). i take it lots of water...not cold water..lukewarm water. yummy.hehe
friends say i should stop eating sweet and rice. that's self deprivation. i don't like the idea.
