Nobody can phisically be a daydream person at least this is what i believe. The expression you are daydreaming in my language means that your brain isn't focused on the important things he is just in another part. Good luck!

I do. A lot of times actually, especially when i'm inside the class or if i'm doing nothing. I'm doing it unconciously. It's sad

I daydream quite often! If I didn't daydream as much as I do.. I don't think I'd have as many good days as I usually end up having. I find I daydream only about good things really.. And I find by doing this that it is a very healthy thing.. I've also found that it helps me to get some of the questions I've wondered about answered.
When I end up daydreaming I find that.. I tend to envision myself in another life.. But I think that all depends upon my mood. If it's not that.. I find myself daydreaming about happy endings, as well as romantic notions.. heehee.
I don't know I find it is better to day dream at times, because sometimes fantasy is always so much better than reality! At least this is what I have found! . .
