Yesterday my fiance and I were out and about getting our clothes for our wedding. I love the dress that I got, but I was not as happy when I saw how I looked in it sooooo I am going to be kicking my fitness journey into overdrive with strict diet and extreme exercise. I am mega determined to look a lot better in the dress come our wedding day. We still have to plan out where and how we want to do the wedding but I am excited.

Often times we are so hard on ourselves, about the way we look. I am sure you are the same way, and that the dress really doesn't look all that bad on you.

Wow... ! Happy Happy news.. Congratulations to you and your fiance.
It's good that you love your wedding dress and so do your fiance would love you so much in that dress.
Also, I really appreciate your fitness journey. However, please be extra cautious that this fitness plan should not give you much stress. Just relax and stay cool.
On the big day, you will have to definitely look slim and fit. But beyond that, your face and smile would add more to your charm as well. Hence, please divide your workout plan into two :- 1. Body work out 2. Face beautification
For my wedding, I did walking every day for some 2- 3 weeks vigorously. It worked out very well. But, my face became tired in some days. I had to cut down on walking and to take deep rest at home to get back my cheerful face.
Drink lots of water and juices, listen to soothing songs, grab good sleep daily. On top of this, remember to wear a smile always, since you're going to the next phase of your life. Deal with it gracefully with that extra smile on your face.
All the very best for your result-oriented approach. Have fun, enjoy and have a great life ahead..
