Onions and onions

We all have certain inclination for some vegetables without which we cannot have our food. My such obsession is with onions. Be it gravy, salad, soup or diced ones, onions are must for my food. Whats your favorite veggie?

I like both onions and garlic. I'm not sure what my favorite veggie is overall. Perhaps snow peas.

Onion and garlic on its own its own cant be the major veggies but they are major catalyst or enhancers in any vegetable gravy.

This is too funny. I am having the same problem. LOL I have to have onions and black olives on everything. Neither of which are that valuable as a fruit and vegetable source. LOL

@avi256 They must not have done a very good job on me. I am just getting better from being sick for almost three weeks. My son and I had the flu, then I got a sinus infection. I am still tired. LOL The ick is lovely.

Onions are rich source of sulphur and lot of vitamins. Moreover they boost our immune system too.

Onions are unavoidable in most dishes especially Indian dishes; I too love them I love spinach as well

I certainly love onions, but I love broccoli from an early age. I used to eat it as a snack all the time, but after I lost the ability to digest my favorite dip with broccoli, I wasn't as interested. Plain broccoli or onions just isn't as good.
