What do you feel if stranger treat you very unkind?

I once take a bus .After I just got on the bus I found my bus card has no money .Unfornately I got no changes in my pocket .Then I asked the gril sit next to me of giving me some change .She is on the phone and pretend not hear .I feel quite hurt and embarrassed .Then I have to ask another men sit behind us for help. He only got two 5 yuan but I need to change to 2 yuan .So I hesitate .He get angry and yell to me :whether need or not ? I send a quick reply:Yes .Just at that moment I thought if no one wont change 2 yuan for me .I will give driver 5 instead .When I'm miserable a girl said to me very kind and told me she can make change for 2 yuan which is very appreciated by me . I thought why stranger treat a simple request so unkind and coldly .

The people you were with are rude. It will hurt my feelings too but at the end of the day I would also accept that these people have no moral obligation to me because I am a stranger. This is just how the world runs not all are friendly.
