I’m sure the alarm didn’t go off
This morning I woke late, I woke when I should have been going out the door more or less. I hate having to get up in the morning at the best of times, just not a morning person.
Well this morning I need to we be up just a little at 7 so I could shower, have coffee and get myself ready to go out the door.
I’m sure my alarm didn’t go off then again I may be wrong and turn it off and turn over and went be to sleep. I can’t remember doing it though.
So this evening/ tonight I might go to bed early, which is unlike me. Then again maybe not lol.

It is a losing battle to changes ones body clock.
Maybe get a louder alarm and make sure it is working lolz

I'm very good at sleeping through the alarm, just not a morning person, 10am yes but not just a little after 7, just not my time of day.

As they say, early to bed, early to rise. Our body needs enough rest until it can get up without needing for an alarm.

I have to have 2 alarms. One I wake up too, and one 30 minutes later that is super obnoxious. that one will get me up, in the rare case I manage to turn the first off in my sleep

I had a pretty good day today. The weather is awesome and after getting some chores done this morning I actually was able to sit outside and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine
