Emotions Of An Egg Lover

The other day, a doctor told me to have less eggs as they heat our body! I didn't egg-ree with him! I thought, Okay, I will discover some method to cool it down, but no question of compromising with eggs! Sometimes I even have three eggs a day, at different times, just because I forget that I had two of them before on the same day! I love eggs in all forms except raw; be it boiled, fried or...anything! I will feel deep egg-ony if I am deprived of eggs! I just wonder why hens do not get awards for producing such great things!

haha! fun post but be careful because the yellow of the egg is rich in cholesterol.

i egg-ree on the awards part. theyre one of the best things that God created cause he knows that i cant cook. i love hard boiled egg, one of the easiest food to cook. but sometimes i guy em then my friend (nurse friend) told me to just have one egg a day cause of cholesterol. so there..

Nothing beats water to cool down, so don't forget to drink lots of water especially during this heat.

I don't eat egg everyday - and when I do, it's usually just one a day.

egg is good but depending on your body conditions :) i love eggs in congee :) its my breakfast every day :D

Eggs are really great nutrition and if consumed in right amount can cover most of requirements of our body. It keeps one young and fit too, so I believe if your body can handle it, 3 eggs should not be a problem,egg whites are completely OK.
