Being physically active is the key

There is no altlernative to physical activity to stay healthy. I realised it when I had to work around the house when our maid was on leave. I have lost weight and I feel healthier.
The only issue is liking what we do as without that it could lead to other issues such as depression.
Rather than spending time in fitness joints it is better to do physical work involving a lot of walking around - killing two birds with one stone.
What is your secret to good health?

@T_gray Losing weight can be achieved by being physically active. I proved it in my case. I did not stop eating chocolates (lol)

@allknowing Diet if you want to lose weight, yeah. But if you are happy with your weight then I say just eat right to maintain that weight and stay healthy...

I had to take over household chores for a while and during that time I did lose weight and felt healthier.

What does not get exercised during our physical activity that could perhaps be achieved by just walking.

My definition of good health comes in being physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight. I see more essential to put it this way, and it is exactly true when you're healthy in physical, mental, and moral you will eventually tap the secret of living healthy lifestyle.
