~We Will Get The Results On Monday~

Waiting at Julian's Appointment
Valdosta, Georgia
March 11, 2016 1:47pm CST
I know it might not seem long any other time but we will not be getting Julian's test results until Monday. This weekend is going to seem like an eternity, waiting and wondering about his results. We are at his appointment waiting for his name to be called. The lady at check in told me we will have to call his doctor Monday to find out what's going to happen next. I am usually a very patient person but waiting to find out if my son needs surgery is not going to be one of my patient moments. Lol. I don't have much choice though so I will have to deal with it.

I am not a patient person either, as I want things right away, and it just doesn't happen when I want it to. They say that patience is a virtue, and I guess I am going to have to be more patient from now on, as I can't make things happen when I want them. I have to deal with things the way they are.

@LovingMyBabies I can cedrtainly understand that one.I is a shame that you have to wait to get the results when you are so anxious to have them. It seems like that do that on purpose, at least that is the way I look at it.

@Rosekiss Usually I have tons of patience. People tell me I have the patience of a saint. However, this is different so my patience won't be very good I don't think.

I am hoping and praying it turns out ok. What did the doc say about the lifetime meds? Will that not be an issue if he has the surgery?

@Fishtiger58 Thank you, me too. He said if he has the surgery he won't need the meds so that's the only plus to the surgery. But...surgery on my baby is not an easy thought at all.

@LovingMyBabies No I would be a nervous wreck about surgery. It's hard to know before hand what the best course of action would be. Lifetime meds doesn't sound good, what will the side effects be, and what risks with surgery. I wish you and you husband wisdom to make the right choice for you son.

When it comes to our kids, having to wait for these things seems longer than it really is. I hope it goes by quickly for you.
