Service charge, more than a dollar. The rate is just too low. Tempted to transfer fund to my bank account. Clicked the withdraw but when I saw the exchange rate with the bank, ah, nah. Next time. lol. The paypal's rate is great, when i compute the rate when it was converted to peso. What is crazy is the bank where i have my paypal linked. Service charge of 50 pesos (more than a dollar), and their rate is 45.18 when the current rate is 46.74. Difference is quite big. Okay, i am so much with computing, but i am just practical. Every cent counts for me. I will just let my earnings sit there. I have no plan for it yet. Going to save it for rainy days, while getting another account from a different bank. Lol.

@Lucky15 it will be nice to see it add up a little faster, but the social side is actually more fun.

Sometimes a little bit of difference does make big difference when that's a big amount. I usually just let my money sits in paypal as well, then use it to buy things online from foreign country. Moreover, I know now my currency rate drops a lot, so it's not a good time to transfer the money back to my bank account. Yes, just save it there first!

@Lucky15 Sometimes we need to be more practical and realistic, do what's necessary.

Our Canadian dollar has lost a lot of ground compared to the US dollar, so we notice the difference.

isn't it they almost get into "equal" i mean the rate here with US dollar was 44, Canadian was like 43.

I leave my money in PayPal for emergencies and one bill I have coming from there. I don't transfer it.

And when you transfer to card fee is $5! When I was new I used to transfer Bubblews payments to my EON card number not to EON 12-digits account number gosh

I am going to save it. I do not want to pay the service charge. I do not need the $10 now, and I can wait till the amount is greater before I transfer the money.

That's a good move! I don't withdraw from PayPal unless the conversation is good enough or if I badly need the extra money there.

just save your earnings while it is in small amount, if you reach an approximate of $50, then go.

It is a shame that the world has different currencies which is quite problematic when you receive payments in different currencies.

I leave it in PayPal and use it as needed. Its just as easy to send money from Pay Pal as it is from the bank. But I enjoy getting that message you've got money!!

I have never transferred money from PayPal to my bank account. But for my other online jobs where I chose Local Funds Transfer, I withdraw them when the exchange rate is high. I constantly monitor it. There are days when it reaches 47.xx.

I don't understand... I have typed something but it was all lost. Anyways, what I have mentioned is that maybe there are banks that offer low transaction fees? However if you don't need it yet, then don't withdraw because you will only be tempted to use it (I would say that's what I will do if I have that money with me).

Seems like the sensible thing to do, l usually do not transfer my paypal money to bank account, i shop online from time to time and i prefer to pay with money already on my paypal than having to give my CC
