Yesterday I took Tony to the Chiropractor, well I got adjusted too, and I have been using the scale there to keep up with my weight, so I would weigh weekly when I was going more than I am now.
It has been a couple weeks since I was there and I have lost four pounds.
This makes me so happy because I have cut out food that I was getting back addicted to like bread.
I was not trying to loose weight I just knew that I had to stop eating bread due to diabetes.
My smaller jeans now fit, I wonder if I can drop ten more pounds? and this time trying.
Thank you for reading this post, it may be lame to you but I am proud of doing something I was not aware I did :)

Congrats to you Andria. It is not easy to give up the bread in fact this week I have had to have some whether I liked it or not due to all we could afford is all.
Bread and bologna, not good for weight loss.
I know you feel better for it.
I have lost around 10 lbs in a 4 months, not enough.

Do you need to loose weight? My diabetes doctor told me to drop 20 pounds and I would most likely can get off the meds.

@andriaperry Well I want to lose weight. The doc said I was fine but that is not my opinion. I am heavier than I have ever been in life.
I could lose around 20 at least to me anyways.
I dont have diabetes.

4 pounds in a couple weeks is a good job @andriaperry . Good for you. Sometimes giving up just one thing can make all the difference.

@andriaperry Well done!!!! I need to lose a few pounds but as I get older I don't want to work out as much. I have a bike and treadmill at home I use but I also have some cookies and other sweets I also use.

Giving up bread is hard (I don't know if I could) and your results are showing not only on the scale but in your smaller jeans!!! WTG
