What are some good foods from your country? Eat the homemade foods with fresh ingrediants that give you the most nutrition per bite. Stay away from junk foods and fast foods and empty calorie foods. Eat breakfast every day so your metabolism wakes up and helps you build muscle.

I'm trying to eat breakfast everyday but i cannot always succeed.
Most common fruit in my country (Romania) is apple and i have plenty of them.

Eat whole grain breads, pastas, and cereals. Eat plenty of dietary protein, either from animal sources or by combining legumes and whole grains. Eat at least 5 or 6 fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Drink plenty of good water. Eat breakfast every day. Start by walking 20 minutes per day, 4 times a day. Check your nutrition at this site, http://www.5aday.gov and get your diet analyzed. You need to eat enough to build muscle instead of add fat. If you fast while you work out, you will gain fat not muscle.

That's a switch. Everyone wants to loose weight. Just exersize those muscles up and check with a doctor for a good meal plan.
