Quitting addiction

Your priority should always be quitting. If you cannot quit, you can try abstinence. If abstinence is also not possible, a good option is moderation. Try to limit the quantity of the substance, try to decrease of intake frequency, this can help.

or go to rehab? i tend to use things excessively at times but not to the point of considering myself as an addict. theres always a limit.

Addiction means you are not able to leave it. My addiction is sweets. My husband's addiction is smoking.
