When I was a girl I used to believe in fairy tales. I think that sometimes I still do. I loved reading about the knight on the white horse coming to save and fall in love with the princess.
When my girls were little I noticed that two of them were following in my footsteps. They waited for their night in shining armor to fall in love. One of my girls went out and searched her knight down.
I married the knight that was in not so shiny armor the first time around. Now I am married to my own knight in shining armor. We have been married for going on 19n years now. I didn't need him to come save me, I just needed him to love me.
I guess you could say that I do believe in fairy tales, in a way.

So happy to know your daughters also found the knight too.
And that is a good long many good years for you and your knight Susan.
Congrats too!
Sadly, though I still believe, it is not the knight story for me.
That is okay as I still believe in faeries.

@Mike197602 I went through a small period of time when I didn't believe but soon came to my senses.
