You may feel like you're getting more accomplished by skipping sleep, but being sleep deprived GREATLY reduces your cognitive function. You'll likely find you make more mistakes and fixing those will take you even more time. It's also horrible for your health causing your body to slow down to reserve resources, produce stress hormones like cortisol (which can make you gain weight and feel horrible). Work is never worth sacrificing your health. Take care of you!

I suffer from insomnia. I go on no more than two hours a night. I wished I could get more, but I cannot. If it is at all possible for you to go to sleep, then please do so. It is terrible not to get the rest your body so needs and desires. It will destroy your health like it has did mind. I have extremely high blood pressure, and diabetes in my case it is all caused from lack of sleep and anxiety. Please do not harm your body staying up.

There are ways to stay awake, but I highly recommend against trying any of them. You'd be much better off by simply prioritizing the things you need to get done, and working more efficiently while you're awake. The longer you stay awake, the sloppier your work will get, so you may end up making things worse.
