I'm starting to wonder if I have Restless Leg Syndrome? Lately when I try and go to sleep, my legs start to ache, it seems to calm down a little bit if I keep moving them. I don't know if it's the fibromiligia acting up, RLS or anxiety? Either way, it's annoying and painful. I already struggle with insomnia, I don't need something else keeping me awake.
Do you struggle with RLS?

@lilnana1111 Have you tried having a leg or body massage?

Sometimes I do get up and walk around, coming on here helps a little to keep my mind off of it.

I think I've heard somewhere that fibromyalgia and RLS can go hand in hand. I'd call your specialoist and get an appointment about it. It could be another flare up or it could be RLS.

@lilnana1111 Your welcome. I hope it's just another flare up as I think it would be easier to handle than RLS on top of everything else.

i've got peripheral neuropathy 'n with takin' those steroids, my legs swell somethin' awful. so add the burnin'/stingin'/cattle prod effect with the skin stretched to the point'f burstin' 'n it jest aint purty. 's fer yer leg troubles, ya might see 'bout gettin' yer doc to do some vitamin/mineral blood work. could be that'cher jest low'n potassium..'r magnesium...'r a host'f others that can cause such.

I'm hoping I don't have it, I have enough stuff, I don't need more.

No. But I used to have leg pain. My legs would get really tight and hurt. When I started exercising regularly, my legs stopped being so tight.

Maybe that will be incentive for me to start exercising again.
