I have discussed in one of my post earlier that I love to shop. Often I bring home something that I don't require. In one such recent shopping spree, I bought home black olives, I love green more. Why? well because they had that buy 1 get 1 free offer on black olives. Now I was stuck with two big jars of black olives.... What do I do with them? coz no body in the family likes black olive, Like me all are fond of green ones. I searched the internet and found that black olives impede oxidation of cholesterol and helps prevent heart disease, lowers risks of cancer, great for skin and hair, they helps dull the asperity of asthma, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis, keeps the digestive track healthy, Its a good source of iron and is crucial for healthy eyes.
So my friends its time to add some olives to your daily diet. How many of you have already done that??

We have them occasionally and quite enjoy them. Maybe I should eat them more often.

Good to hear that. Half a bowl is good enough. Too much can be harmful as they are rich in vitamin E which is fat soluble, so if had in excess it won't get flushed out of the body like vitamin B and C. So moderation is the new health mantra. Enjoy your olives my friend and have a healthy life.
