Well, it's almost over, but HAPPY PI DAY, EVERYONE! I'm sure y'all already know, but the number Pi is 3.14... Every year, March 14th is known as Pi day. Of course, last year's was the biggest we'll see in our lifetime... March 14th, 2015 at 9:26:53.589... as in 3.141592653589... The facebook page I found last year explained how the biggest Pi day in history was March 14th, 1592 at 6:53:58.979...
Anyway, just thought I'd have some fun and share a little fun fact with my fellow nerds out there!

Hmm I do not understand what makes certain pi days bigger? I have never heard of this. I did see a lot of posts around facebook pi day but I did not see this one you are talking about. Maybe I will look it up.

It's all about the number allignment. So March 14th of any year wouldn't be as "big" as 3/14/15, which still isn't as "big" as 3/14/1592, a specific pi day that'll never happen again. Basically, it's just about how the numbers line up when you look at the date and time.
