What will you do when you need to deal with stress ?

Everybody needs to deal with stress issues somewhere and sometimes in life. Many people will choose different kinds of way to deal with it. Some will eat a few pizza, hamburger , French fries to reduce their own stress even this way of eating will affect their health in a negative way. Some would prefer to sleep and listen to some music to clam down their nerve system. Others would prefer to meet with friends or wlak with a dog for relaxation. I always go by jogging and I think it is a good way for me to deal with stress.

For me, I prefer listening to music - jazz music that is. I don't know it calms me or I just need a bit of quiet time with God. I usually tell him the issues that I am feeling for the day or week.
I did stress eat before but I try to avoid that now because I only feel guilty afterwards which makes me sadder.

I cry a lot when I get stressed. Then pick up myself and either take a jog or do yoga/exercise and listen to guided meditations. I like to play with children too, their hugs comforts me and their laughs makes me laugh too.

Jogging is a great way to relieve stress and also stay fit. Good for you! I feel like for me it depends on what type of stress. If I am stressed about a bigproject, all I can do to relieve myself is get it done. So I break it into pieces, make some coffee and get at it. If its more of an emotional stress i love reading, taking napa, going on walks and getting fresh air (when the weather permits that is).
