What's the most heartbreaking thing to ever happen to you?

...mine is losing a good friend... a real friend... not by death but by distance and by not so good choices of not being able to bridge the gap.. :(

Sad to hear about your good friend. Distance is hard. Maybe in the future you can reconnect. Nothing terrible really has happened to me, knock on wood, although my best friend moved away also to Denver. We still text and Facebook back and forth when we get a chance, though.

oh yeah, that is heartbreaking - it's sad to have a broken home. But sometimes, things happen. We have no control over it especially if the ones we love have already decided that they no longer love each other. If you are going thru that right now - I'm sorry. but I hope you'll feel better soon and probably see things differently.

@slayer08 i accepted the fact that my father no longer loves us but hurting my mother physically is untolerated :/
