Our Bed Is Always Dressed in White

I love to sleep on white sheets and white pillows. This is why more often than not, our bed is dressed in white.
The only downside is I have to change sheets and pillow cases more often because white gets dirty easily. But even then, I don’t really mind and my husband who does the laundry does not mind either because we both love the clean and crisp feeling of all white bedding.
My son on the other hand prefers dark colored bed sheets. What color do you prefer for your bedding?

I don't have white bedsheets because they can easily be soiled looking , I prefer the bright colored bedsheets . But i see to it that i get to change into a different color of bedsheets each time i change them . 
It's so nice that your husband does the laundry . But i suppose with the help of the washing machine .

Yes, he is using washing machine but he also do manual washing for delicate clothing. My husband is very helpful with household chores. My hands are aching when soaked in water for long time so my husband does not want me to wash clothes anymore.

there is "camaraderie" between the 2 of the couple, my lady. The husband does the laundry and that is commendable because he also helps in the chores

@salonga When our pets started jumping on our bed white would mean a changing it every day. Atleast these colours hide their paw marks (lol)

I like white pillow cases but the sheets can be any color as long as they are cotton and soft!!

@salonga I like down pillows with a cotton pillow over with a cotton pillowcase over, it can be white or another color but it has to be cotton.

@salonga Pretty much. My mother only had white sheets in the house, so any color other than white is great. I like color and the more the merrier. Which is why I like prints more than anything, though right now my bed is solid sheets and blankets, but my quilt is rose printed.

anything as long as it covers my bed and I can sleep soundly. Geometrics, polka dots in black and white; practically the bed sheets I brought home from Kuwait are the ones I still use to date.

@ridingbet Wow! blankets from Ilocos are colorful, I saw Dima Bonnevie one time showing some samples on TV.

@salonga right now, my bed sheet is the plain olive green one, and my blanket is from Ilocos, a red one but thin, not wool.

Given the choice, I would also prefer to sleep on a white bed sheet. However, white sheet looks dirtier earlier than other coloured sheets, therefore, we do not use it frequently.

That is lovely to have your sheets/pillow cases white but for me ~ I prefer darker shades or with patterns usually florals or stripes.

Generally all people like clean bed sheet but i like dark becuase it not look dirty and not feel us to that we are in hotel because all of hotles have white bed sheets.... So i preffer brown ...

I like white sheets too. I like that color because I can easily see foreign objects when they invade my bed. LOL

Well on the other hand in india we have designed bedsheets . From floral t gemotric designs etc . It certainly lightens up the room . And provides colour to life
