Oops. I am not aware if I have a sleeping ritual. Hmmmm
I just sleep with lots of pillows around me. But I can sleep even if I have only one pillow.
I am really unsure.

Here in our country lots of people use mosquito nets for those irritating mosquitoes at night, my friend has been using this, since childhood now that she is totally grown up she always have this at her foot when going to bed,she feels relaxed and comfortable with it, but when she don't have it she finds hard to sleep at night.

I read about someone here at mylot the other day who couldn't sleep without a mosquito net on her. How I would hate to have to live somewhere that mosquitoes are that bad. I hate them! I cannot sleep without something against my back like a person or a pillow. I also in order to relax enough to sleep usually have to lay down and read a book for awhile before I try to sleep.

Turn the lights off, or not. Lower the music, or not. Just don't whisper.
