My Ideal President

Philippines is at doomed stage. Our government is like some kind of a big syndicate. A group of syndicate that their purpose is to steal all the money from the people. And as our national election is fast approaching wherein we have to change our current president, I am looking for someone different. Not the traditional politician or leader. Because our country needs someone who have strong political will. Someone who really love his country and his countrymen. Someone who is not corrupt. Someone who is honest, obedient, generous and intelligent. Someone who abide the law very strictly. Who walk on his talks. Who fulfill his promises. I know it is hard to choose such kind of a leader. The question is, is he still existing? Does kind of leader here in my country still exist? Or all of them has only one face! A so-called TRAPO!

more than just the looks, we should find someone who fulfill his promises and someone who already had true records of achievements wherein you can personally attest to it... feed up of promises and yet until now, no results of their so called solutions to the problems because most if them are corrupt.

We have the same issue here. All they do is pocket what they come across and you only see them parading with only words from their mouths to offer

@Missmwngi they are just good on that. But still, they prioritize their pocket more than anything and anyone else. Only in the Philippines!

Being a President in the Philippines gives you only 2 months to 3 months sitting in the presidency, idolize and praised, but after those given months all of Filipinos think your just the same as every President seated for the past years. Everybody dreams of a country free from corruption, free from violence, a strong country but it will never happen If there's no cooperation from the people itself. What we need now is a strong leader, who only dreams for the betterment of the country and people and second is those people cooperating towards common goal.

I agree sis. For the longest time, I never been so active campaigning for a certain candidate not until now. I want to give Duterte a chance to rule this country and make a big change. This is our last chance and if this election fail to choose the right leader, then its dooms day! :(

On the bright side, we actually have better choices than Americans these year. Their choices this election is a bigger Circus. We have good candidates this year but I am not sure if they can win.

The good candidates always have alot of opposition and they are the ones least recognized. Some of them when they make it they are swallowed by the rest who are always corrupt

@jasmeh I see that happening here all the time and apparently nothing much can be done because they are the same people who make the laws which well fit them

If all people will unite to vote the best candidate for the President, one that is not corrupt , of good moral character , intelligent and really loves the country , then we can be sure that the Philippines will prosper under that candidate .

If Binay is not that corrupt I will vote for Binay too!
Why? Look on Makati! Look at Davao or even Subic! Why in the world that we fill safe when we are in those places. They make the residents love their own and they follow rules and laws.
Singapore's OFW Community is for Duterte! :)
