Appreciation is an important motivating factor . If we work hard we expect appreciation from our boss or even our colleagues . Similary if a woman works hard making meal for the family ..she in return expects -' i appreciate you for taking care of us ' . A simple phrase like this csn do wonders . It. Gives a person motivation and hopes to achieve more .
Appreciate ypur mailman for delievring your mail ..he is making your life easy in one way or other . Or even anyone who helps you in smallest of things . So there is lot of power in appreciation . It brings a smile on some ones face .

A small token of appreciation goes a long way in building up relations. A small 'Thank You' said to the watchman or the liftman will surely bring a smile on the persons face which will last for the whole day.
