This dish is known as "Misal". It is basically a mixture of few vegetables such as beans, potato, tomato, black beans and few other garnishing. Along with coriander and onion. There is also spicy topping on the side which you can add. It is usually eaten with the bread.
I eat this atleast once or twice a month. I like the taste of it. It is a bit spicy but keeps my stomach full for few hours.

First of all, that is a mouth watering picture...I just love Misal..I have read the comments below and fond that many people want to taste it..I would just like to put a statutory warning out here...Only try it if you love spicy food..do not complain for gastric or acidity issues later..
Maharashtra has a good many snacks I love. However, I love Vadapau in the Gujarati style..

It looks sweet, sour, spicy and savory at the same time - the way I like my food.

I have never tried this one before, but this could be very tasty and will see if I can get hold of it when I try it somewhere outside next time.

Is the one on top - egg noodles . We have this type also -stir fried noodles with slices of cabbage and carrots and with meat strips . So good to pair indeed with bread and coffee . Though we usually eat it on snacks because there's no time to cook that in the morning specially weekdays when we have to go to work .
