Went back to walking and it hurts.

I've not been exercising regularly this week, my troubled late night sleep has kept me from waking up early. Then the worst thing happened, I forgot my medication. How did I found out? After walking for almost an hour, I got home and realized how weak I am that I took a short nap. Perhaps I should go back to cycling which is even better, consumes less time. or maybe I shouldn't stick to one kind of exercise per day since I got some dumbbells too. I could take a day for cycling, then walking and weight lifting. I can't do all them in one day though. Hope you have a great morning... Have a nice day

its better to exercise all parts of your body to avoid isolated body pain. i used to walk right away during my therapy sessions without warming up. it was always painful on my shoulder and knees after.

Hello @MGjhaud okay, now that I realized it that's the reason why my feet hurt to the point were I had to lie down. but with cycling my knee hurts a bit while doing it.

do not exhaust yourself when you try to lose weight, my friend. if you feel tired, rest. you should also be aware of your medication.

@Yar_Joey docs said that i need to loose 30 pounds, which is crazy. when I was reducing my meal intake, didn'tmake much difference.

You can consult your doctor for more appropriate exercise for you since as you said you are taking some medications.

Last month he said walking and cycling is the best option for me @LdeL0318 . he dropped the ball for me with regards to jogging because I'm just too heavy for my feet.

You may do exercise in the evening when you can't wake up in early morning. My brother used to do it as he was too lazy to get up in early morning. He spent lots of money on buying weights and machines and my father used to scold him for it.

@Letranknight2015 thanks that's the shaved part of my hair, its starting to grow back now and braiding it is the solution so it would not stick out of my head like spikes. anyway, i hope with that 2 months your in a better shape now.

you should do one thing and work on it.I liked the idea of cycling and working with weight.Then take a short walk to keep things moving.

Cycling is the best if you have knee problems, as it was the advice of my doctor too. So less walking, and more of cycling. You can alternate your exercise routine as you like it.
