I was also like this in school. But not now.
Even if I have my class at 10, I would wake up at 6:30 and go for a walk

At what time do you wake up?
My father wakes up at 4 in the morning.. everyday!
Even if he sleeps at 1 at night,he wakes up at 4.
I don't know how he does so.

See the thing is that sometime during sleep, my brain leaves my head. It goes out for a little party and takes some time to return after I've woken up. So if I were to go out for an early walk, it would be very dangerous to us all. That 5 more minutes works well for me.

I had pretty much the same routine. But then I decided to change it. And here I am, working upon it and trying to bring a change in my life :)

Being fit and healthy is what is important. Though you must exercise. Atleast half an hour a day :)

I don't go for early morning walks because I work from night to morning.
