WHEN TO DRINK WATER - DOES IT MATTER

As a Naturopathy Doctor myself I advice my patients to drink a minimum of 3-4 liters of water .
When to drink so much of water?
In one day is it possible to drink so much of water answer is - Yes
But why aren't people able to do it ?
sedentary life style,Centralized A.C ,lack of physical activities all this lifestyle barriers makes your body requirement for water very feeble.
How to Increase your water Intake?
Its a habit that has to be cultured gradually drink your water slowly develop the likability towards it.
water is like a elixir of life which would boost the cellular level oxygen content by improving blood circulation which results in better formation of new cells,
The better the new cells formed better the quality of the tissues and organs.
Once you develop this habit nurture it further
how?
Drink water one hour before food and one hour after food and don't drink water during your food or meals which would extinguish your intestinal fire to digest the food well.
Next time when u drink a Glass of water Enjoy it,relish it as u have nothing to loose but everything to gain from it ,for it a part of you and you are a part of it. All our organs are made up of the five elements(Panchamahabhutas) one such important element is water.

Very interesting article. I do try to take as much water as I can. Also no drinking during and after meals. Hope I can still increase my intake of water.
