Holi the festival of colors is also known by the name 'Basant Panchami'. This is a spring festival in Nepal. This is a two-day festival which starts on FULL MOON day. The first day is called HOLIKA DAHAN and the second day is called RANGWALA HOLI or Dhuleti
On the night of the first day, people gather. They sing, dance and party. The next day people with bags of colors of different sizes and tools chase one another and sprinkling colors, water filled balloons, and there will be colored water fight The people move in large numbers and groups and will be on the roads with all musical instruments the chief among them being drums and start chasing each other. This is the festival of love and affection. An event of sharing.
They visit the houses of friends, relatives and other dear and near and greet them all. They distribute drinks, food, and Bhang and dance not leaving even the elders who of course, voluntarily participate in the festival with a lot of enthusiasm. In the evening, they pay a visit to all elders and seek their blessings.
WISH U ALL A VERY HAPPY HOLI DEAR FRIENDS.

Yes. It will be like a great Carnival People actually mix colors in a big drum and pour on others with mugs and they all will be drenched.
