30 day water challenge.

So recantly my skin complexion has got bad. So I am challenging myself to drink nothing but water for a month to see of this improves my skin and engery levels.
Currantly I drink no water at all, lining purely on Coke and tea - so in expecting to notice quite alot of improvement.
Has anyone else done this befor - how did you find it worked for you?

It might get worse before it gets better, with the water flushing out the bad stuff, but hang in there. You won't regret it.

Yes I'm expecting to get much worse befor it gets better as I'll probily gey withdrawal from cafine - plus my skin will probily flare up as everything is cleaned out. I done it once befor ( only managed a week ), my face had a big spot breack out lol

I seldom drink sugary drinks as they are not good for your health or diet. You should drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins, and you can even add a few pieces of lemon to go with your water so that it will taste more appetizing for you.

I've never tried it. I don't drink a lot of soft drinks but I know I drink too much coffee, and I'm also addicted to chocolate, which probably doesn't help either. I'm sure a change of diet could help my complexion too... if only I had the willpower. Good luck with your challenge.

I never done it before. But water hydrates you and keeps your skin healthy. Stay hydrated.
