STRESS -THE IMPACT! GOOD OR BAD

Stress one of the most used words in today's world so what is this stress is it good or bad. stress is of two types eustress or the positive stress and distress the negative stress . All are stressed out from the time we leave our house it starts and till the day ends it keeps dancing up and down . How to reduce the impact of bad stress ; Meditation , Yoga, Relaxation, proper diet,exercise etc we know all about it but still sometimes the bad stress gets the best out of us . How do we tackle this problem? The only solution is let the mind be.... that is don't have to put any effort to make your mind reduce stress Its a process the mind is agitated let it be itself and let the process of confusion go on its just some time when the monkey mind tends to get back to normal later when you think of the situation you would find it silly that you were upset or stressed over that particular issue. Don't speak when you are angry just let go free of your mind once the disturbed water settles down you would be able to see the clear image of your reflection.

yes sleep is a good way of reducing the stress hormones and building up the good hormones like serotonin that keep u happy and charged up so sleep well
