No Data Usage Left

I am so sorry that I haven't been online in a while. We haven't had the internet hooked up yet because we have to wait until the 31st when my brother gets paid. Moving cost us quite a bit so we have to save the money we have and make it last until the 31st.
When we first moved here, I was using the hot spot on my phone to connect to the internet. After that first week, I received text messages informing me that I had used all my data usage. My brother and I were both shocked as we thought our data was unlimited.
So, I stayed off the internet once I received the text but then yesterday I was reading the text again. I realized that I can still use the internet, it's just going to be very, very slow now until our next payment is due on the phone. So, I may not be online a lot until the 31st when we have an appointment with Time Warner to have our internet turned on in the apartment.
I just wanted to let everyone know what was going on. I do apologize ahead of time but will try and catch up as much as I can on the 31st. Please bear with me until then and don't get worried if I am away for a while.

As you may remember this is exactly where I was a few weeks ago and it can be quite annoying when you are used to instant availability.

I know you are back up and running now. I also realize that you are going to have a lot of things to do like find new doctors, and which stores to use, etc. Enjoy every minute of your day.

@ReiraLee @TLilly15 We can't afford to have wifi until the 31st when my brother gets paid from his new job. The move took almost all of our money so we have to wait. I have been using my phone as a wifi hot spot to get online but now that I have used all the data on my phone, I can only get on now and then because it is extremely slow. Once the 31st gets here, we will have internet with Time Warner. As far as my phone goes, we use a prepaid plan so there are no extra minutes, etc added.

Against all the guru's advice about turning off WiFi to conserve battery I find it not worthwhile considering that the availability of hotspots and the chance of saving mobile data which can be quite expensive considering what is needed by our smart devices.
So, the battery drains but since when are we not able to find a charging source when we are outside our residence.
