I am at that stage of my career where i dont know which side to head . I am currently pursuing economic honours and i want to do my masters in economics .
But i do not know what to do and what not to . I feel directionless . Is it normal to be directionless?
What should i do to be more sure about what i want to do ?

Sad but SamePinch!! I think now I have started thinking towards it but still can't get that why am I made? For what reason I am here? What I can do to survive here? These questions just haunt me 24-7.

Yes, at some point that happens especially when we're doing a lot of things and we have some plans in mind.
I can't advise you on that. You're the only person who could answer that question.

It happened with me too when I finished my 12th standard as I did not know where to go. But finally pursued bachelor of engineering at last as my father wanted me to do it.
I would suggest you to MBA in finance I think that would be a better combination with economics you are studying

Since I passed this stage few years back, I can relate to it, and this is something lot of us go through in early 20s.
But the sooner you find your true aptitude and interest, the better it will be for your late 20s and early 30s.
Try to find out what career option you feel you are most comfortable in.
Going by your stream, if you want to get into corporate world, try going for an MBA in Finance after your graduation, or even masters in economics would be great for other academic related career.
You just need to visualize where you feel you need to be working after 2-3 years.

@Lazyblogs MBA would be a great step, or you may start working straight after graduation and then go for MBA after few years of work experience.
If you like software programming or computer networking, you may also try MCA.
