Do you like exercise?
I know some people like jogging and they always go to jog. I do not like it. Hence, I almost do not jog.
Previously, I play badminton for two hours every Thursday. But, I have class on Thursday night and I cannot go to play badminton.
I plan to do 100 times push up and 500 times rope skipping everyday. I hope I can continue doing it.
Do you think it is better than playing badminton?

I cannot possibly do push ups..no good for me..and no jogging.
Walking is the only one I can do.
I love to swim but there is only a swimming pool over here and they make you pay so much money each day I cannot go. I think playing badmitton is great.

I think that any forms of exercise will be good for your health. I am very much lazy when it comes to exercise. I think that is one of the reasons I have belly fats now. It is too funny because I am thin yet I have belly fats. Haha

@annierose Yes. One of the reasons of having belly fats is eating.
I think sitting too long is also one of the reasons.
Do you do sit ups?

@hoong143 I want but I do not know how. I do not know if push ups can be a solution to my belly fats. I think one reason why we have belly fats is because of what we are eating. Just an opinion though.

I used to play badminton when I was a kid, but not now. I don't do pushups.
I do rope skipping but I don't monitor the figures. I also jog but not on a daily basis.

@rahulv177 You do plank after push ups?
Actually, I thought if doing push ups, we don't need to do plank.

I have bad knees and asthma so vigorous exercise is impossible as well as anything that requires bending squatting, etc. It's limiting, but I still do the treadmill, march in place, and weights. It's important to do what you can to stay healthy.

@hoong143 I find most yoga poses to be impossible because of my knees and back. I haven't done meditation in years either although nothing is really physically stopping me on that one.

I like exercise, too. I think it depends about what you like the most. Doesn't metter what you do, it metter what you like to do.

Well, for me playing badminton is better than doing push ups and skipping ropes.
