What is the blood group you have ? Its very important to know the blood group on oneself and other members of your family as it can give you a chance to help someone in need of the blood which is rare to find. Group O is the blood group found easily in the world and they are universal donors. Group AB are the receipients of the blood.
so educate yourself about your blood group and keep the helping hand always ready for some one in a need. you can save a life by giving some blood from your body which you may regain in couple of days itself.

I know that my blood group is somthing Negative. When i was pregnant they took my blood and said it was RH negative and only like 10% or less have this type of blood. I was thinking about being a blood donor for myself because of this. Aparently if my blood mixes with RH positive blood it attacks my blood and so on meaning a total blood transfusion or somthing along those lines anyway.
